We are finishing our start-of-year Spanish 1 review. You all should be studying/practicing the following things:
-Alphabet and numbers in Spanish
-Agreement of gender and number for articles, nouns, and adjectives
-Calendar in Spanish: days of the week, months, the year
-Weather: stating or describing what the weather is like
-Time: telling time in Spanish-speaking countries
-Present tense conjugation of AR, ER, and IR verbs, including stem-changing and yo-go verbs
-Present tense conjugation of irregular verbs, especially SER, ESTAR, and IR
-When to use SER vs ESTAR, describing physical characteristics and feelings/conditions, describing where something is (using ESTAR + preposition of place)
-When to use SABER vs CONOCER, talking about what information you know, who or what you’re familiar with, and what you know/don’t know HOW to do.
