Monday October 2:

• Objective: To cultivate interest in various aspects of aviation and aerospace.
• Activity:
  • Build Delta Darts
  • Watch Hidden Figures
  • Flight Test Darts

Tuesday October 3:

• Objective: By the end of class, you will be done with 2-3 paragraphs of your essay.
• Entry: Have you run into any questions or struggles while writing your personal narrative so far?
• Activity: Work Time
• Closing: Thumb-o-meter: How confident do you feel that your rough draft will be done tomorrow. Is there anything you need from me to make that happen?

Wednesday/ Thursday October 4/5:

• Objective: By the end of class, you will be done with the rough draft of your essay.
• Entry/ Check in:
  • Do you have any questions or struggles regarding your personal narrative?
• Closing: Remember, you need a completed rough draft by the start of class tomorrow.

Friday October 6:

• Objective: We will peer edit each other's personal narrative essays to give meaningful suggestions for improvement prior to the final draft being due on Monday October 9th at 11:59 PM.
• Entry: 
  1. Find a trusted partner to edit your essay and sit next to them.
     • • If your essay is not on your Google Drive, please upload it there now.
  2. Share your essay with commenting access to your partner.
  3. Collect your peer editing materials from Mr. Porter.
  4. Pause and await further instruction.
• Activity:
  • Explanation of peer editing procedures and goals.
  • Peer edit your partner's paper.
• Closing:
  • What were your biggest takeaways from the peer review you recieved?
  • What do you need to change about your essay before Monday night?
